What makes Lunr different?

We provide non-dilutive inventory financing. That means we fund your manufacturing, freight,  and fulfillment costs tied to retailer orders or inventory build. What kind of funding does Lunr provide?

2. Our underwriting team reviews the financials, opportunity, and retailer commitment to  structure a deal fit for your company.
3. Once approved, we send funds to your suppliers directly, and repayment aligns with  retailer payment schedules.

How does Lunr’s evaluation process work?

No, you do not! We can fund against retailer commitments and get capital to you before the PO  is signed. This makes our capital a flexible, realistic option when a major opportunity comes up  and you need to move quickly.

Do I need a signed purchase order to receive funding from Lunr?

We typically work with brands that have been in operation for at least 1 year, have a trailing  12-month revenue of $500K+, have healthy margins, and have proven retail demand. If this sounds  like your brand, let’s chat!

What stage should my brand be at?

Our team can move as quickly as yours can, but on average, our process takes a few weeks.

How long does it take for Lunr to make a decision?

Repayment is timed with retailer payment cycles so cash flow stays predictable. Terms are  based on your lowest cost of goods sold, rather than the wholesale price.

What do repayment terms look like?

From $250K to $5M+ per cycle, depending on retailer volume and repayment structure.

What’s the range of funding you provide?

Yes we do, if distributor payment terms are strong.

Do you work with distributor models (where the distributor owns our inventory and is in  charge of distribution)?

Our financing is only applicable to inventory selling into retail. Since part of our evaluation  process includes evaluating purchase orders from a retailer, we only work with consumer brands  that are currently or plan to sell into a retailer.

Do you work with DTC brands?

Yes. We’re not just a financing partner; we’re a team of retail, supply chain, and finance experts  who understand how to keep your business moving smoothly through each production cycle. Is Lunr hands-on?
